When you spend money on something, you expect there to not be spelling mistakes and for it to be easy to find information. I didn’t know that there was such a thing as a courteous lunge? A curtsy lunge, sure. Don’t bother paying for the recipe bundle, there are only about 6 per ‘meal’ (which includes 2 cookie dough recipes). The programme itself doesn’t include wide enough shots of the movement in the demo videos. The workouts should have a bullet pointed list of equipment needed so you don’t have to go through each workout before you leave the house to ensure you have all the bands etc needed otherwise you end up having to skip huge chunks of the workout because you need a mini band, or a longer loop band for progressions. That’s the last thing - show the progressions each time they’re needed. Not just the one time and expect us to remember it. I’m sure a lot of hardworking went into this, and I am definitely feeling stronger since starting it, but it’s clunky, hasn’t been tidied up as issues have been pointed out and I think money can be better spent elsewhere. They also never replied to a request I made for an explanation when I was overcharged.

I brought this guide on Boxing Day and the app hadn’t had weight tracking which was fine because I knew things happen - but ever since they brought it back I tracked all my weights and just to see if it worked I went to a week in advance. None of the weights showed up and when I went to the workout where I did track weight all have them were gone. Extremely frustrating because I didn’t write them down because they said they were working. Once fixed it will be a good app but right now it’s frustrating.

I was really enjoying the app, I mean occasionally it would log me out which is annoying but that’s nothing that I would rate a review down for. But for that last few work outs, when doing a workout the history hasn’t been showing up. This means iv been unable to see what I previously used weight wise! This was the main reason why I loved the app, because unlike others it was interactive both ways. It didn’t just tell you what to do but you could write in it and refer back to it next time. Now you just get the error message ‘weight tracking has been removed for all users and will be back soon’. Meaning I’m back to writing all my notes down in a different app. EXTREMELY frustrating, time consuming and annoying. I hope it’s fixed soon 👎🏼

While I love the workout plan by Natacha Oceane that I purchased, using it on this app has become a joke. The app worked fine for 4 weeks - a little glitchy as the workout timer never saved (meaning I constantly logged one minute workouts), some sets were missing and the supersets were wonky. Not a huge deal. But in the past 3 weeks even with multiple updates, it has become basically unusable. When I load it up 1 of 4 things happens: - the start-up screen will hang indefinitely - the start workout screen never loads - clicking start workout leads me to a screen that loads indefinitely - the app tells me I have no workout plan purchased Yesterday it took me 45 minutes to load up the workout, by which point I was done and had to programme my own activities. To load that one workout, I had to turn my phone off and on again multiple times, delete and redownload the app multiple times and then offer a human sacrifice. And this is happening every single time I go to the gym. I now screenshot every workout so that I can get my workout done without using this actual abomination. Come on guys. Sort it out.

Great idea to track workouts, nice simple interface. Minor annoyances eg. Inability for the app to submit final workout data without internet and random logging me off were tolerable. However, this is completely let down by the inability of developers to understand the importance of user data. We spend months building out workout data, knowing how far we pushed ourselves, then suddenly with the update ALL data is lost. This is bad enough when it happens once, but TWICE is totally unacceptable. How can there be no backup in place for user data? Please do not use this app unless you want to lose all data at random. Once the trust in an app is gone it’s gone. If a calendar app wiped your whole calendar twice would you use it again? Real shame.
