Very user friendly and uncluttered. I enjoy online banking with this app, I wished it had the option to switch to the website’s robust data and additional features. I’ve made several suggestions to improve the app as is, I hope that Affinity works them out soon with their developers, and show they really value their customer’s input. Thank you Affinity teams, please keep up the good work!

I’ve been easily able to navigate this app since installing it. It contains all the personal access information I need to make choices about money transfers, bill pay, etc. I even just learned through the app that my FICO credit score is the highest it’s ever been! The same message has been opening a notification multiple times after it has been read and closed. Wastes time checking it over again but also wastes app time and cycles for rechecking. I finally stopped checking which could lead to a problem later.

I keep getting the message service not available on both my iPhone or my iPad. This has been going on for several weeks, and I called customer service and they cannot help. I am told to call back during the work day - my work day as well. I have deleted the apps and reinstalled the app, my IOS is up to date. I am not having any problem with any other app. As a long term customer, this is not good customer service.
