This app and the idea to incorporate healthy life style into a medical insurance is innovative. Love the idea that exercising helps you lower your insurance premiums. However the app is still not wow. It doesn’t recognize many gyms nearby. I go to Cult Fit almost daily. But even when I am inside the gym, it doesn’t identify it. Also, when I tried booking a health assessment, I didn’t get a confirmation. It takes a Mumbai address by default. That can be improved by picking up the current location of the user.

Horrible to say the least. App updates come for every app under the sun, but never have i come across an app which you cant use further without updating! I have limited access to internet with very limited data speeds where i work. Now a month on my tour, the app requires an update, else it wont work. Kudos to the developers, god forbid i need any assistance in a foreign land, the company will just wash its hands off!!! I know how the corporate world works. They’ll find an excuse not to pay, saying things like due process was NOT followed etc. etc. I already had a dim view of mediclaim policies. Now i feel rather cheated of having spent money on buying a policy from them. Aditya Birla group needs to focus on these “tools” (read idiots) they call developers and make something that works.

Thought app would be difficult to use but I was wrong very easy and every thing u need can know in app, no need to call customer care frequently

I am a developer too so I can easily tell that this level of app can be created by kids also. Can u imagine to sync my daily steps I have to delete the app and download it all again to carry out this task. And that’s one of most important aspect of app as it will make me earn rewards on active days and these guys have not even developed that properly. What the hell is this! Tons of other issues as well!

This app is supposed to track your health information pertaining to diet, nutrition, exercise, etcetera. You guys need to put in a system that allows relevant people to ask questions. Right now it just seems like your team of developers threw on a bunch of questions that don’t make sense at all. For instance, if you are looking to track how much whole grains a person consumes on average, you cannot give just these two options - 1. Yes, 3 meals a day 2. Not at all. Be realistic. And what is the point of asking questions that force your users to give inaccurate responses and does not even tie in with the overall goal of the app? P.S. you also need better product designers
