The application or pearl works great except that badges will not disappear after I have you to notification I have the latest update of the access services application installed. I have deleted, re installed, turned off badges and turn them back on and to no avail. Also, while the map feature is wonderful with ETA it is completely useless for somebody who has no vision such as myself who relies on voiceover it would be helpful if maybe under the ETA section there was a way to give a precise location as to where the driver is and maybe an update along the way to show where they are as opposed to just displaying the visual map

Access Van service should have at least a 4.7 rating. But the App is awful. And thusvthe lousy rating. I have called but the best they can offer is to complain and wait 14 Days for a response. Read the reviews. You have a problem. Take pride in your rating. Dump the app and it will improve.

I think you guys should make the app better by letting people know who the driver is and who they are and all that with Uber you can do that and it’s pretty easy to see who’s coming in I think it’s great that if you guys updated the app and that I would be nice

The app will tell me my ride is 45 or 20 minutes away and then the I receive a text that my driver has arrived. Sometimes the tracker doesn’t work at all. Sometimes it works fine. I can’t count on this tracker for accurate information and often wait outside in the heat unnecessarily
