Abs Fat Weight Loss Training

I have been using the app for awhile now and it works fine. You get one workout just by downloading it and the rest for a one time purchase of like 2 dollars it’s not bad. The only thing though is that whenever I try to do the spartan work out it crashes on the second to last workout and it doesn’t count to your tracker. But all in all it is a good and simple workout app.

Just what I needed. Simple, easy to follow instructions. You are able to get a great ab workout, just in the first stage, when you are ready to crank it up, you can keep moving up and up to the next workouts. Each workout definitely gets you ready for the next. I can see the RESULTS!!!

It's a pretty great app for a quick and easy abs routine especially during the holiday rush when you are trying to get in some workouts
