It's like survival chess with you as the king facing hordes of lite versions of the other pieces; with weapons and points available on the board. I like :)

There are a few truly great games on the AppStore and this is one of them. I'm not a fan of rogue-likes, at least I don't think I am, as they can attract a certain type of brainy, beardy or better than thou type of person, I sometimes think, but this has a certain level of humour and that little something that keeps me coming back. I'm not good at it but I'm getting better at it and one day I'd love to be the best the whole wide world at it. I won't be be, but you never know...........

This is a game worth purchasing if you enjoy rogue-likes. At first the game will look confusing and clunky, you'll be tempted to stop playing as I was, however if you stick with it, play it through once or twice, I guarantee you'll love this quirky rogue-like! (Tip, when you get to grips with the game, activate all the additional power ups available from the main menu!)

everything about this game is so clever. I love all the little details of its design and it's presentation, I love the tiny hints of secrets I haven't quite uncovered. I love the way it feels and the way it moves. I love the sound. my god, the sound. my only complaint is that there's no way to listen to podcasts/music/etc while playing, but that's nitpicky. this game's brilliant.

This is a fantastic game, one of the few on my phone that I come back to again and again. It's fiendishly hard at times, yet simple enough to pick up and progress on right away. The randomised levels keep it fresh after endless play throughs. 5/5 - Definitely buy
