7/24 Perfumes Shopping App

I made an order from this app when i get the shipment it was fully covered and the perfume was really perfect👍🏼

It’s been more that 3 months and i haven’t got my refund until now. They promised as follows; 1. To change the damaged perfume, which Aramex doesn’t want to deliver due to the damage and hardly get feedback from 7/24. They contacted me for the same and I agreed with them that they can deliver the items and they will change the damaged one. But i’ve waited for more than a month nothing has been delivered and i came to know that Aramex returned back to 7/24 the items. 2. I asked for refund, they agreed within 30 days, i’ve been patiently sending them follow up but they give me different numbers to contact, as of the moment it’s been more than a month from the agreed refund but till now “no refund has been credited to my account”. 3. Ordered 3 items since 16 june, its already 24th September, it’s so disappointing, don’t ever order again 7/24, as they are don’t know how to handle issues and as many says they are not legit.

Dont you ever order something from this app. They are Huge thiefs and they stole my money. I ordered and later on i cancelled because it takes like 2 months and more for the order to come. I asked for refund but everytime they deny my request. Dont trust this app as they steal people’s money.

I ordered perfumes one month ago and we received them in a very bad condition. They are not original (fake) and half of them are broken. Even the packaging is unprofessional. We don’t know if they will refund our money because the customer service doesn’t answer.

Only they take our money without getting our order. I order from them and they give me fake tracking number!! Refund money take 60 Days!!!! All the world don’t have it like this ?and I thought never refund! Please be aware from such App!!!!! انتبهوا من الابليكشن،، لان نصاب ووهمي !!
