When users open a work or submit a search query, the mobile device fetches data directly from AO3's servers. The Developer respects the rights of the creators and owners of the content, and does not host, scrape, endorse, or claim ownership of the content accessible through the App. The App provides user-friendly mechanisms for readers to visit and engage on AO3. - 3AM only accesses publicly available content on AO3.
