This app is an example case of awful user experience, they should use it in design school to teach how not to do things. The only reason I'm using this is because the Oxford taxi Mafia is blocking Uber in the city. We customers are stuck with this poor excuse of an program. Every time you move the screen, it changed the start location of the journey, instead of the destination. When you exit the app or the screen goes off, you have to start again from scratch entering the journey. The pickup and taxi location is super vague, which means the every time the app says "your driver has arrived" he's actually miles away. The list goes on. 001: just ditch this garbage and start from scratch!

Ordered a cab 1.5 hours in advance through the app - got booking confirmation. When driver didn’t show 5 mins after booked time, rang them and was told would still be another 10 to 30 minutes and that they (001) couldn’t be ‘expected to predict the future’. We had to cycle to not miss out appointment. If they’d rung or communicated delay Through the app then would understand. Just letting us think the cab was coming until we rang after no-show is completely Useless. May Uber wipe out your poor business.

I had problems with pre-booking taxis not once but twice. Booked at least 24 hours in advance and got a written confirmation. Both times I needed to go to the train station so obviously it was important to be on time. The taxi arrived more than 25 min late. I was given two £5 vouchers as compensation, which turned out to be a nuisance because taxi drivers weren’t aware of their existence and it was a very awkward situation where he had to call the emergency phone line to ask them about the voucher scheme. Totally amateur and unreliable service.

I’m assuming from reading the previous review I also spoke to the same person on the phone. This women deserves soap pouring down her throat. Rang up to query why I’d been charged £9 more for the exact same journey, same mileage, same company. Her attitude was because it was down the bypass and not through the centre and that I’m basically an idiot. I can believe the company is better than this so isn’t worth knocking the app but if you call up beware your going to get an angry office jockey giving you attitude down the phone

Went on the app and it said estimated £35-£45 for a 6 seater, when me and my friends got to the taxi we were charged £55 and when we said we couldn’t give him all that money until we got to my house (because we only expected to pay £45) he kept threatening to stop in the middle of no where and it was 3.30 am so obviously that wasn’t safe! By the time the last person was dropped we were charged £71 - don’t use this taxi service!
