Best friend bought both she and I step trackers, hers counts half of her steps and mine doesn't count ANY of mine, and will not pair to my new Android via app! Piece of trash! I walked 10 minutes and not a single step was tracked! And because I can't pair it to device, I can't even change the incorrect time on it just so I can use the watch function. Into the trash it goes. When TWO new trackers refuse to count steps or pair to devices, you know you are dealing with a scam!

Doesn't really work! Sleep tracking is extremely poor. Continues to show that I'm asleep well after waking. Doesn't show that I woke up in the middle of the night, even the times I got out of bed. It loses connection multiple times and does not reconnect easily, if at all. It is so bad that I'm returning the tracker and deleting this app.

Opportunity to improve. Message to developers: With the heart beat and blood pressure measurements. It would be great to have them measured at random or scheduled times throughout the day. This should be simple to do. In the app develop a schedule and let it send a message to the watch when close by. Beyond this, the application is good for what it does. I like the sleep monitoring, and the pedometer.

Basically its is rubbish. App downloaded fine, connected easily, set up easy dispite Incredibly poor instructions. The band counts your steps and tells time, that's where it ends. Calorie burn is way off! Sleep monitor is hilariously incorrect! (I apparently slept 15 seconds over a 4 night period). The most annoying thing for me was if I didnt have my phone on me the band disconnected,my phone would continue to beep trying to reconnect. My phone counts my steps which makes the band pointless!

Somewhat fair enough, but the gadget might need to have some features that has an access to upgrade its firmware while connected to the phone. Counter Reset and a feature that can be used as a multiple account. But it's fair enough since the gadget is under development.
