Workouts & Exercises for TRX

Its a very good app. Thanks to team. I would just consider to have randomize trainings for every day. With ramdomize workouts i would directly pay the amount. I subscribed normal fitify app but i would prefer this one if randomize option would be added. Thanks to team again, cheers.

There is no gender option on settings, female and male get the same routine of exercises. The same for your "strength/fitness status" as beginner, intermediary or advanced. From start you can get advanced exercises that as a beginner you are just not with the necessary strength to do, leading to possible injuries.

Great workout! Much better than the TRX app because there are way less changes in band length. I wish they had one that incorporated other workout tools (like an option to add kettle bells or jump ropes), but in terms of the app itself and the included workouts I'm very satisfied.

Update: fixed my issue, app works great now! Unfortunately, I have to rate this one star because it crashes every time I try to start a workout. I am on an ASUS ZenFone 5Z, Android P.

Great variety of exercises. I also enjoy that it shows an actual person doing the moves.
