SSO is no longer working. In regard to the comment back from Ultipro- we are running the 16 Jan (eg latest) version and have created a case (which has not yet been addressed) with them. I am the system administrator for both systems (G-suite and UP) and we were, in fact, the first organisation to use this mechanism and were instrumental in UP having this capability. The open case is 1663865 and we're looking forward to hearing from UP on it.

This app is a joke. I loaded the app per my employer with the appropriate username and password. it took it. then,it prompted me to change the password which I did and now I can't log in with the new or the old password. I give up

I use this app to update my worklogs right after my shifts, it's very convenient! 3 stars just because of the clock interface, spinning through the numbers to select the time and missing the right number 4 times in a row, watching with dread as it slowly turns from 8 to 9... one of the lowlights of my day. At least give the option of entering it manually, or fix the scroll sensitivity PLEASE it hurts my soul.

Terrible application. Disgraceful for the company. Connection to your service on high speed internet is still garbage. I cannot waste time trying to get clocked in or out. It wastes company time, and screws over the company's employee's. UtilPro is purely corporatized to steal money from a companies employee's. If your company used UtilPro, it'd be no guess that you're losing money as you waste your time, ending your day feeling like a tool, and an object.

Incredibly mediocre app. My coworkers and I have had nothing but issues with signing in and verification since our company decided we were using this service in place of our old app. Looking at something as basic as a pay stub should not be this difficult. When it works, it's fine. But it seems like every other month some major issue keeps people from being able to sign on or use the app properly.
