Sleep Time - Alarm Calculator

Love using this app, let's me know when I should be going to sleep or when I would be able to wake up, surprisingly works well with my sleeping pattern. For a while, after setting the alarm and looking at the suggested time to wake up, my body subconscious wakes me up a minute before the alarm rings.

This app may not seem as much but it does help to show a layout of how many hours you could sleep from let's say at the current time you're checking the app on. Even better, helps to show what time you could sleep as well as the hours to the time you choose to wake up. Unless you're unsure about how long you sleep because your daily routine is thrown off say for morning college courses, then this could help you to be sure of how to get enough sleep for those certain days.

This is a great app. I dig the minimalist design. I wish it has the option to set a schedule and to choose a ringtone.

Gives you times for your sleep cycle and is linked right to your alarm so all you have to do is tap a time and it's good to go!

Really does work! Im waking up earlier than i need to for work but find its much easier to get out of bed. Its nice to have that extra time in the morning too. Ive also found im either lucid dreaming more or just as much but able to remember it. Pretty cool!
