Surprising poorly written software. I paid for the watch, now I must pay to remove ads in the app as well. Location doesn't update throughout the app. I can see on the location history that my child is at school, but on the map her location is still the same as last night. Notifications from the app can't be cleared from the notification bar. No audible notification and late notification when child sends a message. I bought the watch for security reasons, but app doesn't meet these requirements.

I bought the watch because it said it had a gps tracker, remote camera, and other features. The watch works fine but this app is terrible. The GPS shows the watch is about 5 to 10 mins away from where it actually is. There is no way to track the watch accurately. The camera on the watch works fine but when I press remote camera on the app it comes out as a picture of some pattern. The messaging and calls work fine.

My experience is neutral. This my personal experience: You can make and receive calls. Basic right? but it doesn't give accurate gps location of watch (It stated that the watch is like same area but different address) It can't receive text or get the voice mail on time. No option to update no wifi or blue tooth.

Was unable to log in easily. I had to delete it several times to get it to work on a gps watch. This process sucks. First offline then it was saying sending but not sending it! It was horrible! I rather go to tmobile and let them download and set up. This is a waste of time and money😣

Horrible app! Does not allow you to set up wifi terminal everytime. Over all this watch is horrible too always says no service or not in service when wifi is clearly connected. I bought this to have some piece in mind when my child is on their way home from school or for emergencies. So far this has been worst experience ever.
