This app used to work fine, but seems to be broken now. Can't renew to get more traffic even after cancelling the subscription and trying with a new account. Support can't seem to help and said to use other pay methods, some with big mark ups on the price, so I guess they're not continuing with the app... Pity, it was good while it worked....

Tried to renew, and even though my subscription has expired, the app won't let me renew because I "already have a premium account". I contacted Rapidgator for support and their response was to tell me to purchase through a reseller (around a 20% markup). That's tech support that gives new definition to the term "useless".

I have been using this service for years and it was great, but for some reason it ended my Premium subscription before the payment due date and will not allow me to renew via the Android app. I have paid via the app without issues in the past and I would prefer to do so again, but I can't do anything because I get an error all three times trying. UPDATE: contacted customer support and was given 3 days back and to try make payment after those days. Was a fast reply. 👍

The App worked well up until now, but Rapidgator have changed the Google Payment to a Subscription. I paid through Google ok and for some reason Rapidgator cancelled it at their end. Broken.

Use their service a lot. Cancelled subscription, apparently still active in Google. Charged me the $14.99 but no premium on Gmail or the account I was using, crappy.
