Once a vendor gets listed in OYO as a partner, he gets associated with one or more hotels, where he can serve food and beverages. He gets login details from OYO team. Once a vendor logs in and if any order is placed, he gets notification and can see the order in active orders section in app. He can reject or accept the order as per his wish. Once he accepts the orders and completes the same, he can mark the order as ready for pick up. The hotel manager gets the notification for the order and he sends someone to pick up the order and it gets served to guest. Vendors can see the past orders, how many orders has been rejected, cancelled or returned and he can raise issue if he finds any order has been cancelled or returned without any proper reason. He can see his revenue, how many orders he has served, how many orders have been cancelled or returned in order summery page. Many more features are coming soon. Stay tuned !!!
