When it’s rush hour we give you an opportunity to either wait for economy car or upgrade for quicker pickup. The upgrade was never that much more, so always selected that option. Also love that the rate doesn’t change from when you first accept ride, despite a change in ride time or if driver makes wrong turn. Be ready to use a translator app though, because most drivers will not speak English. But neither does much of Beijing. This app was a lifesaver while you travelled to Beijing and Shanghai and rural China. Customer service reps communicate with you in English through the App to let you know when the car will be there, where to look out for it, and to deal with any issues. Importantly, it accepts western credit cards.
