The Contractor (aka Keeper) arrives at your location the same day. No Job is too small. Keepe is best suited for well-defined jobs that take up to two hours to complete, though there is room for flexibility. Repairing the garage door, installing a ceiling fan, painting a fence, fixing a leaky faucet, assembling furniture, etc. are all good examples of potential Keepe jobs. Keepe is currently available in the Greater Seattle area (and all surrounding suburbs), San Francisco Bay area, Portland area, Phoenix area, San Diego area, Greater Los Angeles and will be expanding to other markets over time. On-Demand Service Forget about planning ahead! Keepe delivers the right contractor at your doorstep within one hour of your submitted request. No need to talk to anybody if you don’t want to. Simply take a Picture of your problem and submit the request from within the app. You will get a response immediately and know who will be coming to service the job. Straightforward Pricing & Free Price Estimates Keepe provides clarity on how each job is priced, so you can request service with confidence. Free Price Estimates are available before you submit a request. We have a standard consumer-friendly pricing policy, so there is no haggling or gouging. Pricing is per hour (prorated to the minute), so you only pay for actual work. Cashless Payments With Keepe, payments are completely cashless and there are no tips or extras. We will charge your credit card on file only after a job is completed and email you a receipt. No Markup on Materials It is best if you have all materials and parts ready for the job. If that’s not possible, your Keeper will happily go to the nearest department, hardware, or home improvement store and pick up the right materials for the job. There is no markup on materials, so you pay only what you would have if you bought it at the store yourself. Reliable Contractors In addition to being licensed, bonded and insured, each Keeper is thoroughly background checked. After each completed job, the contractor is rated.
