Interval timer

The voice instruction is great, as is the easy setup. Does the job without requiring any manual intervention while exercising. But lately having trouble getting sound from the app. This may be my problem, but advertisements cover the controls at the bottom. I need these controls to attempt to test solutions to the sound problem. Could you move the controls from under the ads?

Easy to setup, easy to use, easy to custom. Perfect for someone who wants to begin exercising regularly like me. I use this app to set various sequential timer for various sequential exercises that must be done within a certain period of time. This app can also be used for the "couch potato to 5km runner" program

Very straight forward, simple to use. I didn't need tracking or trending, just a simple timer for each of my exercises. This gives just enough timing points, warmup, work, rest, cool down, and reps to play with and tailor to meet my needs for each exercise. Simple, straightforward, effective.

Very good training app. Since I keep my music on my phone, I like the ability to listen my music while still getting cues from the app. I built routines and the app cues me on the next excerise.

Great app... Does what it says. But i can't seem to make local backups on the device though there's a "set folder" button but it doesn't seem to work at all... So can u help me with this?
