Google Earth

My Experience with the App is somewhat Disappointing ,In term's of when you zoom in on things buildings etc it works at 1st then not long after using it after a few minutes it ( Crashes ) then you have to close the App , when it runs ! it's great ! the best ,but when it crashes like I said on my previous Review (obviously not the only user with the same problem )it's Very Annoying... It needs to to run smoothly but doesn't ...fix these issues then you have a Number one Application !

I use this app often. Very interesting to see up close what places look like. However, it's constantly closing out & my phone heats up while using the app. Going thru reviews, I see many talking about the same problem. The only comments you have answered were those that talked about problems with street view. Those who mentioned the crashes, you've completely ignored. Also pinning favorites (on mobile) would be nice. Why are there so many places blurred out? Updated maps would be nice.

While not 'optimized for this device', my Samsung Galaxy S4e tablet constantly crashes while in Street View. I have set the rendering quality to Fastest, but still crashes after a few street view images. It seems to corrupt the graphics driver. The whole screen just becomes a checkerboard of noise.

It's great until it feels rushed and hobbled.... Like how its unable to select proper units for your location, but then defaults to kilometers of all things (in this version), despite the region using Miles for ground units, and Knots for navigational (which despite being the global standard, the app doesn't even support...) ....how it has the historical map slider removed for some reason, but 3D maps? No problem! .... So weird.

All the images are several years old. I was hoping that Google would be able to provide a more up to date image but sad to sad they have let me down on yet another app. I guess Google as a company are to busy taking kickbacks from fraudulent developers like N3TWORK and covering up fake reviews on apps to actually update the images on here. Its a shame this app has real potential if it were updated regularly.
