FOREO For You

The FOREO app is requiring the "invoice" for the device. I used the packing slip from Sephora but I keep getting a message that the "purchase source should not be empty". WTH am I doing wrong?? Can I even use my Luna 3 without the app? At this point, I'm seriously considering returning it. UPDATE: I followed your recommendation and now my Luna 3 is working great. Do not buy the Foreo 3, go with foreo 2 instead. The app is garbage, it will randomly take forever to connect or not connect all, it is super frustrating to use, diagnose and try to get anything done with it. Every Bluetooth device ever works with pairing (which helps connection being stable), except for the foreo. You can't manually pair the device, so every-time you try to do something on the app it has to reestablish connection, which is just bad. I can't express how much I have hated my app experience and if I was still in the states I would be returning this product because of the crappy app.

Hi! This is my second review, in answer to developer comment I have to say that I enter the cleansing mode perfectly and that I could repeat the skin analysis once every two weeks as the instructions suggest. Question now is that everytime it measures the same (50/100) since the first skin analysis. I change my cleansing routine and the beauty products I use and didn't change a single bit. Any idea what could happen? Could the sensor be broken?

When you buy luna 3 device, you have to understand that you are buying an app, not a device. This would not be a problem, if the app would actually work, but this is not the case. In order to use massage treatments, you have to download them to your device first. I own the device almost 3 months now, and I still wasn't able to download them. So I cannot use them. I contacted the customer service, installed and reinstalled the app as was suggested, but it didn't help. I am more than willing to pay for great gadgets,that are doing what they advertise, or at least the company takes responsibility if the gadget/ app is not working. I have luna 2, iris and ufo devices, I'm pleased with them, I couldn't even imagined I will have problems with this gadget. I also coud not imagine that the manufacturing company will not take any responsibility for the faulty product. Now customer service doesn't answer my emails at all. I have just wasted money, do not repeat my mistake.

So up date on my Luna fofo the app never worked for me tried multiple times to delete and re-download but never worked. But the device still works as a great cleansing tool to clean your face and love it but I've had this device for little over a year know keep it very nice dry place when not using and only get it wet when washing my face. they claimed this product to be water proof but the screws on the bottom are completely Rusty and the batteries are corroded. Very sad and disappointed.
