FACTORY is a project co-founded by the Erasmus+ programme, with the participation of 6 partners organisations from France, UK, Greece, Poland and Finland aiming to address the digital skills needs of the manufacturing work force. FACTORY aims to support individuals and businesses to acquire and develop such competences, thereby enabling them to adapt to the digitalization of manufacturing processes and to remain competitive. FACTORY is mainly addressed to: Entrepreneurs & companies’ staff Public administration staff VET providers Professionals in need of up-skilling & re-training to acquire specific Industry 4.0 skills The FACTORY mobile app consists of 100 short micro-modules (2-3 minutes duration, each) on the adaption to the digitalization of the manufacturing process and industry 4.0. Units include: - Basic Digital Training - Collaborative work - 4.0 Technologies - Systems Analysis - Production Planning general overview - Production flow management & flexibility -Shop-floor organization techniques - Resource management - Continuous improvement - Metrology basics, data collection. Assessment methods: multiple choice questions, quizzes and exercises.
