EASI - Food Delivery

We use the app at least three or four times a week. It has really spoiled me. The app has been improving since they start developing, It's very eas y to use and they have made it more convenient with the new bright, yellow UI design. I have never had any real serious problems with the resraurants we ordered from. They usually have it delivered to my door within 1 hour. The customer support people is nice as well. On my recent order, I wanna add the cheese foam on top of my bubble tea, they contacted the tea shop on my behalf and added it quickly. My order arrived with all items I want which was great!

The app has improved a lot since I started using it. But it still needs to be clearer on delivery times. A driver can pick up 5 orders and you don't know where you are in the queue. So delivery time can be 15 min from pickup up to 1hr! Uber eats / Deliveroo don't have the excellent range that Easi has. Although their apps are a little more polished and delivery times are faster and clearer.

My hubby and I ordered from EASI almost everyday this month since we are so busy to handle the meal prep by our own. The app was so easyto use! I had no idea it was possible to order things so custom off an app, but this interface makes it super simple.. For a frequent EASI goers like us, this app is a must have and the usability does not disappoint us everytime
