I am unable to activate another device. Following all the steps always produce the same error code:9. After contacting the call center their idea was to reinstall the app and try again. The same issue appears again.

The app is pretty good, however I do not understand why is it that I need a token device for payment orders when I can do that from the web banking of DSK without the need of such a device. Another thing I'd like to see in the app would be notifications when transactions happen, I know there's sms option, but I find notifications more convenient. I'm still giving it 5 stars since it is much better than what I've become to expect from a Bulgarian bank.

The app has many issues, starting with more innocent ones, like the slow readings of the fingerprints, which at some point completely stoppedeorking on my oldphone... And getting to a lot more concerning ones, like the app setting up itself automatically on my new phones, without asking me for username and passwords (only required my old pin to log in). I even changed my password online and the app didn't log me out or anything, it kept working just fine! That is really not reassuring.

This app is absolutely useless. The process of activation is as complicated as the one used for becoming a secret service agent, if not even more. And at the end, after all that nightmare, transferring money is not possible without a token. I almost forget, I had to pay 2 leva to retrieve my username and password.

Could be better... I wish I could pay with it... And it doesn't have as many settings as the web page, which is not bad but some more features won't be the worst thing. Overall good experience.
