Call Recorder - CallsBox

This CallBox used to be really really good and now... It doesn't show the persons name who called, and all my contacts read as private, and... the volume on the other end is super low to the point of the app being useless as a call record. I thought that if I've paid for the app that it wouldn't be so unbelievably flawed, but I was wrong. I paid to receive a benefit and... none received!. Please Developer, fix this issue!!!

This is the worst app you could put on your phone!!! Please save yourself time and go with another app!! They allow you to seemingly record a conversation but won't let you access it until you give them a 5 star rating. You have no ideal if the app really works or not. I'm thinking it doesn't work and they just get by, by having others give them high ratings. Stay away from this app and go with one that works for real. You won't have the Recording you were hoping for when you need it!!!!

I was looking for an app that recorded the phone call where both people are speaking. Both myself and the person on the other end. This App only records the sound that a person standing beside the person making the call would hear. This means that the recording starts at the time of the call, and you can hear yourself speaking, but if the other person is quite you will not hear them. This app will work perfectly if you can put the phone on Speaker phone, just not so much if you must be stealthy.

I have been struggling with this app for about a month with my Samsung Note 9. The app will not play back the content my phone calls even though it shows it has recorded them. I have multiple messages going back and forth with their tech support and they seem to never understand that their system will record calls but will not play it back. All of the responses are very vague and relate to other issues. This app has zero value to me and has caused a great deal of problems for me

The app works well, the free version ads was really annoying. I've since bought a licence so now the ads isn't a problem any longer. However it doesn't identify calls through the phonebook (all calls show up as "Private") as it does on another (older) phone running the free version. How does one solve this on a S10+?
