Programs cover three phases, Relief, Resolve and Resilience. Relief- Soothing, Nurturing movements to calm the issue. Resolve- Explore your alignment & common causes of pain. Resilience- Build the foundations of a resilient body. Strengthen and rebalance. Living in the modern world means we don’t move the way we’ve evolved to. Through lack of movement we get stiff and sore. BodyGuide is built by health professionals, to get you moving freely again. You can build a body that doesn’t need treatment to feel good. In under two minutes, we’ll create a program just for you. You’ll find daily sessions you can do on demand, at home - no gym required. Sessions are short and sweet; you don’t need to spend hours on your health. It’s the one or two small things a day that make the real difference. Good habits, over time, create body transformations. Each session you will explore the common causes of pain so that you can create little changes that make a big difference. Learn self massage techniques to get you feeling relief without having to wait for a massage appointment. And you’ll complete exercise activities that will get you moving towards a happier, more resilient body. It's your body - it shouldn't be a mystery to you! There are things that everyone should know, but only the professionals are taught. BodyGuide is here to fill in the gaps.
