App will not open. Immediately crashes. The developer has a canned response and it seems like it has been used for multiple months. This renenforces my belief that they don't care about making sure this app works for their user base. Since they seem to think the website is sufficient, why not remove the app and develop the website further?

This app used to be so-so but since my phone upgrade, which includes Android 10, I can not even open the app. I heard this is an issue, I hope it is fixed soon. It's terrible trying to schedule without the app and I miss being able to see my earnings and coupons easily. Previously I probably would have given a 4 star rating due to frequent crashes or loading issues. But it's still better than trying to use the website on your phone. Please keep working on a fix!

This app is functional. You can easily schedule appointments and that is the primary function of the app. But the promotions page barely works. And even when it is working you cannot scroll through the promotions so half if them are blocked and you cannot read them. Also the card balance and previous transaction screen only work half of the time which can be problematic when trying to keep track of your account funds.

Constant issues. I'm still registered as a new donor even after multiple donations, my appointments disappear almost randomly, and I can't view my card activity or specials. I even tried the site and it's the same. Seriously considering deleting the app and going back to the other plasma place in town. Awful app

Worked good for about 2 months, every once in a while it would log me out and I'd have to sign back in which didn't bother me, however now I can't even open the app now. It crashes before the sign-in screen appears. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app 5 times now and still will not work. The reason this sucks is because I can't check my balance of my card as well and I can't schedule appointments. This needs to get fixed!
